I think its important for people to remember that just because a malignant narcissist like William doesn't care about people, that doesn't mean he isn't upset when someone takes something (or someone) of theirs away from them. Vengeance against the Bullies isn't a matter of love or care for Dave, its a matter of punishing those who took something away from William.

Penance and forgiveness is a solid theme runnning throughout all of FNAF and I'm happy it feels like they haven't abandoned that. It always felt central to the story to me, as both a childhood abuse survivor pressured to forgive, and as someone of strong faith, knowing Scott is a man of faith, I've never really doubted that it is an intentional theme within FNAF and honestly love it. Not just with regards to the newest stories but some of the greatest moments and mysteries of FNAF are about forgiveness and penance. Cassidy, Old Man **Consequences**, Henrys speech, time and time again it has been the theme which I think lends a lot of credence to this kind of theory.

Kinda interesting that both the Bonnie bully and the Freddy bully both get “punished” via watching their children suffer cruel fates. Doesn’t apply to Michael at all but I wonder if we will see that for Chica

Well, on the subject of karma, there IS a rule about magnifying the payback. I've encountered it while studying witchcraft, though I'm not sure how commonly held a belief it is. It's known as the Rule of Three. Basically, whatever energy you put out, good or bad, what comes back to you will be three times as much. It could be Scott encountered this concept and that's why the responses the Bully Bros are experiencing in the franchise seem so disproportionate. They're getting hit by three times their own negative karma.

So, basically the FNAF 4 Bullies are getting Final Destination-ed? I can rock with that. Why not? Death and Karma have been BFFs in plenty of fiction. Why not in the franchise that has the spirits of murdered children who never got justice and proper burials possessing robots with one of them able to put their murderer in a neverending genjutsu of torture after they all get burned in a giant pizza oven? Michael got what was coming to him and then some. Why not the rest of his crew?

Rye, honestly I think the idea of William going after the bullies is a GREAT one.

Regardless of how he felt towards his own children, they were still HIS children. Meaning, the narcissism and hubris in him would have taken that as a personal attack. It's a very twisted scenario where even if he doesn't mourn the loss of a child, he could still be angered that someone took something from him.

Maybe Chica-bully will be in Fetch, considering Susie (who possessed Chica) was lured by William telling her he knew where her dog was.

I think William somewhat cared for Dave/Crying Child. Why else would the, “I will put you back together” be present in FNAF 4, and it’s revealed in FNAF SL has a Fredbear with a walkie Talkie.

Also, PitTrap mentions, “I’ll make you suffer just like I did”. This is either hinting at Williams suffering from the springlock failure, or maybe the bite of 83? I think it’s the bite of 83, because not only does it explain that voiceline, but also why PitTrap doesn’t straight up kill Oswald’s Dad, he just has him prisoner.

In the minigames Michael and the bunny bully are the ones grabbing Dave and putting him on biting range of fredbear, maybe that's why Michael and Cassie's father received worst karma compared to Oswald's dad.
Being complicit on the death of Dave would also make the bunny bully "so special" so to speak

Is Dave (CC) possessing the Mimic and he's seeking revenge? We assume that Mimic is just 'mimicking' what it experienced since creation. Instead, it's Dave in the Mimic trying to get vengeance on all his murderers.
