I’ve been watching you for 4 or 5 years now. I’ve been a reseller for that long. I watched your videos and literally took notes and built by business by following your tips and explanations. I follow a low COG model where I sell quickly (a year or less) and sell a lot. My area lends itself best to that as finding brands like Patagonia and LuLu is incredibly rare. Since then, I have paid off my student loan and saved up and bought a house. Next on my list is paying off loan for my new windows I just had installed. I’ve been watching about four years! I’m a mom of five and I resell to help pay for college for my oldest two and also to pay for extras for the other kids like dance and lacrosse. I have a full time job as an ELA teacher. I’m starting my 24th year teaching next year. I love your videos because of your authority. You were one of the first people I followed. I’ve been watching your videos for over 4 years. I just had my 5th anniversary on PM. I’ve always sourced mainly from a Boutique GW close to me. The prices can sometimes be high but the items I find are generally worth it. Lots of lululemon, Patagonia, NWT dresses. I’ve found NWT JW, Agua Bendita, Lilly P, Faherty, Reformation, Athleta, Madewell, etc. I don’t source things with flaws anymore. Too time consuming and time is money! I’m actually not sourcing at all right now because I want to stop reselling next year. Since I have over 1K items in my inventory it will take me at least that long. I know you didn’t ask but…kid’s books I highly recommend are, The Red Lemon and The Mercy Watson series.

Hi there! I've been reselling since 2006. Exclusively on Ebay (6000+ feedback) until a few months ago when I finally started listing on Poshmark. I started watching you about 6 months ago. I watch mainly to get in the mood for listing. I struggle with motivation and especially with focus/concentration. Last October I learned that I have a weird neurological issue. My brain is herniating into my spinal cord... which causes so many weird issues that change/shift daily. So I can't work like I used to. I was a used car dealer and after that a professional used car buyer. Anyway, I just recently got more into clothing but I still do a lot of vintage estate stuff as well as some handmade items and stuff from my garden. I already had pretty major ADD but the brain thing has taken it off the charts and now I hop from thing to thing like a monkey seeing something shiny. So watching you helps me get into the mood to list since I don't have anyone around to talk to about reselling/thrifting.

Watching almost 12 months, I’ve been reselling as a side hustle on top of my full time job. Slowing down a bit as we’re about to grow our family too but hopefully pick up again in my maternity leave 😊 taking notes on how you’re juggling reselling with a newborn!
I should add I’m in Australia but I’ve had some great sales picking up a few lesser known international (for us) brands that you’ve taught me, ones others probably pass over in the Aussie stores. Some sell locally, some people have paid crazy prices to ship to Canada/ US/ UK

I have been reselling for about 18 months and you have been my mentor for most of them. The closest bins store to me is about an hour away and I have been there several times but find better deals locally. There are 3 thrift stores in my town and they all have 99 cent sales weekly on the color of the week. I get my best deals that way. Reseling is just a hobby for me but it is helping me pay down my mortgage! Keep putting out this great content. It is so helpful
