Fun fact, when IU auditioned at her current company, Gummy was there and she is the one who told the company director to sign up IU and Gummy married Jo JungSuk! What a small world and Gummy loves IU and IU respects Gummy and send her gift till this day for giving her a chance! Gummy is one of the respected R&B and soulful singer and she sang many OST’s including for Hotel Del Luna.

His wife is Gummy who is the first to recognized the greatness of IU during her audition after 20+ auditions where IU was turned down. It was Gummy who convinced the CEO of Loen Ent that time to sign up IU. She wasn't even one of the judge but she was there because she's friends with the CEO. And then since signing IU, Loen Ent. grew up to be Kakao M which is a massive entertainment company in South Korea. It was built with IU as the foundation. EDAM is a subsidiary of Kakao M, founded by IU's long time manager to manage IU as she became very successful and famous in SK. Such a history, IU was destined to be this big. She knew it, and the people she encountered that seen her potential and gave her the opportunities, they knew very well. Gummy btw is the OST Queen of Kdramas having sang ost for dramas like Descendants of the Sun (Song Hye Kyo being the main lead). She also sang the ost for Hotel Del Luna called Remember me. When IU said she's blessed with good people that helped her, she wasn't lying. I mean, she just have the power to stir people's heart. IU is loved, it makes my heart happy.

I watched all 50(?) episodes of 'You're The Best Lee Sun-shin', baby IU in a birth secret soap opera. The joke at the start about 'CEO of her old agency' is referencing this series. I've seen Cho in multiple series and films.

I always love kdrama "Hospital Playlist" soooo much with Cho Jungseok in it and I love the OSTs in the drama esp the ones Cho Jungseok singing, now I love them even more with IU singing the songs [2 songs she sang were the OSTs the drama]. Even to this day I can't move on from the drama and OST, this episode of IU's Palette made me refusing to move on more.
Also, the fact that Cho Jungseok chose the same song "Love Wins All" like EXO D.O. to cover in this show, they're brothers indeed [movie "My Annoying Brother" with Cho Jungseok and D.O. together]

26:50 the joke about the youtuber: early 2024 IU made insta story and exposed Cho Jungseok's secret youtube channel. In the channel, he did cover of "Love Wins All" but he made concept as if it was sang by AI in the channel. The channel only had less than 100 subscribers, because of IU, more subscribers for the channel [fans did research and found out it was him, lol]. Cho Jungseok and IU here joke as if they do not know about this but looking serious as if it's true, lol... that's why IU was like 27:39 "endure this" and 27:56 Cho Jungseok "looking away".
