If you use a spatula, some amount of thermal paste would stick to it and cause wastage. Instead, apply approximately 1 cm diameter dot at the center and then just firmly place the cooler on top.

Replace CPU thermal paste every 3 months!?!? Did I hear that right? I feel that is for people that get aroused by 1° difference in temps.

I'm surprised you never mentioned to blow off the mobo, RAM, NVMe, GPU and everything else outside of the panels and fans. Also, no hate but you misspelled Maintenance. Good job otherwise!

If you're having to replace thermal paste every 3months buy a better brand. You should only have to replace once a year. Now dusting every 1 to 3 months is great, but take it outside. Buy that was a great reapply.

I've played around with a few thermal pastes and I found ThermalRight TF8 was just slightly better than Thermal Grizzly. Not by much, but just slightly when testing it with OCCT (same AIO). Just curious too, I've always wondered this, I saw that you and your friend didn't have a static wrist or anything like that. Is it safe to work on your PC like that? Usually I unplug the power wire and I use a static strap. But recently I saw a video that suggested turn the PSU off but connecting the static strap to something like in my case a USB-C that's connected to the MOBO. Is that safe? I ask you a lot of questions on Twitter and on here, I know. But you seem to know your stuff.
