The danger of the false assumption is that you are likely to get less care now, age faster, and will be forced to move when life or aging progresses. They have 3 care givers per 100 assisted residents and 1 administrator to coordinate the medical and protective case management for all 100 + of these residents. In many cases, as the care needs increase, the price increases and forces people to move or the facility just says they can't provide that level of care. Before you move in ask to see current examples of those heavy care cases now when you are well to re assure yourself that they can provide that level of care and at what cost later or be prepared to move when you get more needy and are least able to deal with a new care setting and new care team.
