In Shiva Puranam, lord hanuman may be considered as an incarnation of lord shiva but in Vishnu Puram, lord shiva blesses Anjana and Kesari with hanuman.

This is nonsense! Hanuman is a reincarnation of Shiva, so is Adi Shankaracharya and Chandrashekara Saraswathi of Kanchi. Lord Brahma also took birth as the son of Anasuya Devi as Soma.

The reason why Lord Vishnu takes avatars every yuga is because he is the protector of the universe..

In krishna avatar he got back the sudharshan chakra he paid for with one of his eye to lord shiva in name of protecting devas from danavs and at the end ashvadhama was too sick to remember the knowledge and arjun's knowledge was taken when he last met krishna.
Now, he will only come as kalki when everything is destroyed to demarcate the land and return to vaikunth.
And we have no knowledge of saptarishi left now.

Supreme lord vishnu is the one who makes the curses of his devotees to became true. As the sage was a devote of the lord so he himself accepted the curse and made it true. Or else no curse can affect the supreme lord as he is the one who makes them true.

Krishna, an avatar of Bhagvaan Vishnu was once threatened by a sage with a curse for not preventing the Mahabharat war. Among the explanations given by K to the sage as to why He couldn't prevent the war, He told the sage that He could not be cursed.

It's not a curse...it is one his Leela & earth realm (prithvi loka) is blessed by his Avatars.

Even if thyself got cursed then it was according to the supreme Lord Vishnu's plan. eg: To kill demon Hayagriva Lord Vishnu made a situation that thyself's wife Goddess Laxmi cursed him that he will be beheaded one day. Narayana did it in order to kill Demon Hayagriva(horse headed demon) because he got a boon that only someone look like the demon can kill him
