In this vlog, I'm taking you along for some fun apartment updates! ✨ We finally got our dining room table (aka currently our office space thanks to work from home life), our lamp, and I got a new armchair for my room! I'm also trying my hand at DIY and slowly but surely beginning to grow my plant baby collection. 🤗 There's a little car chat heart-to-heart as well talking about enjoying the process rather than focusing so much on the result and always getting to the next thing. My pastor just did a sermon called "Seasons Change" where he spoke a lot about this and I think hearing his sermon and you also talking about it is God telling me to slow down and enjoy the season I am in right now!

I agree that we do a terrible job at enjoying the season of life we are in. I complain about the fact that dating is practically undoable with the pandemic restrictions, but I then look at the roads I still got to drive within the last year and am glad I got to enjoy those. I had a nice drive to my parents' house and back last week after the death of my uncle before the latest winter storm showed up.

Home Depot is having a super amazing sale right now. 10 beautiful healthy air plants for 18.99$ I have a few in the places that don't get a lot of light. Like our hallway and right on the counter in the bathroom super cute. The talk about being grateful for the season you're in. We just got our dream rancher style home. I am just excited to get out of our tiny apartment. But that reminded me to reflect on our time here and taking the time to thank God for bringing this new adventure to our lives. Love you lots Kaci so happy for your newest stage in life.
