Im going to the optional features and ther are no any data and if i write the name in the search list it won't find it. Any ideas?

I have a question: if we have 2 machines: machine 1 windows and machine 2 linux.
These 2 machines are not at the same IP range. Is it possible to connect to machine 2 from machine 1 using ssh connection?

On my Windows 10 machine, I have no Optional Feature showing in the list when I click on "Add an optional feature" Is there a way get the OpenSSH feature downloaded from somewhere to add?
