In number theory, equations refer to mathematical statements that involve integer solutions. Here in this video, we have looked at a type of equation which is called Linear congruences. They are in the form equations of the form ax≡b(mod m), where a, b, and m are integers, and x is an integer solution within a specific modulo m. Solving these equations involves finding the integer x that satisfies the congruence.
