This session will provide an overview of the Western Educational Equity Assistance Center’s Equity Compass tool, designed to provide schools and districts a comprehensive review of how equity-related policies and practices impact all groups of students. Participants will engage with a sample of research-based indicators to assess their school, and learn how schools have utilized the results of their review.
