I did as well. Best thing ever. They get smarter faster because once they learn it at their pace; they retain it much better. They aren't rushed; which causes kids to fall behind; when the teacher can't cater to one child's pace. Kids learn differently and you have to learn how your child learns. 💯 If you are homeschooling more than one child; same scenario 😊 each kid learns its own way; 20 kids in a class and 15 may learn the same way the other 5 may have other situations causing learning disabilities or just family issues. There are so many things 😊 Just choose what works best for you. I know some started and put the child in middle school and forward. Others started elementary and finished at home; then the traditional way; Hope whatever your choice is; it works out for you; this is not for everyone 😊❤

You can’t make a statement like that if you haven’t been in a public school in the last year. While some educators don’t have the classroom management on lock, most do.
Side note. I work with a good bit of homeschool children. They are awkward because of the lack of social interaction, the don’t learn about other cultures because the interactions they do get in are intentionally scheduled. And they cannot spell names.
Please don’t dog the public school system you know nothing about 🤷🏾‍♀️
