I just bought the Opulence diffuser. It has a very strong pump and I don't need to use it beyond 'low' even with a very large room with vaulted ceilings. Also, very quiet. I'm impressed. I will never go back to water diffusers again!

THE MOTOR HAS STOPPED WORKING IN REGARD TO THE DIFFUSER BASE I PURCHASED ON 01/21/19. WHEN PLUGGED IN, THE LIGHT WORKS BUT THE MOTOR HAS STOPPED RUNNING. I HAVE TRIED TO GET THE MOTOR TO WORK BY TRYING TO GET IT TO RUN WITH A CLEANED GLASS RESERVOIR ATTACHED AND WITHOUT THE RESERVOIR ATTACHED. IN BOTH CASES, THE MOTOR IS NOT RUNNING. PLEASE ADVISE AS TO HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT, FREE OF CHARGE, BASED ON THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION TO MY REQUEST. CHERI BREWER
