Ready to say goodbye to Python 2.7 ! ? - Noah Chen

according to PEP 373, we knew Python 2.7 EOL is moved to 2020. in PEP
404, we knew Python 2.8 will never come, which means all versions of
Python 2 will be end of official bugfix and support at EOL.

2019, the last year of Python2. let's review how glory memories is in
history of Python.
