Ooh thanks for the bonuses, I’m halfway through the book, it’s amazing. Dan I ‘spent the day’ with you today. I did a deep dive here on YouTube. After 10 years with brutal symptoms, knowing it MAY be TMS since 2020 I’ve decided I do indeed have TMS and I can feel a shift already somewhere deep inside. I’ve absolutely got this. Lighten up, live my life as BEST as I can each day and reassure myself that I’m perfectly fine. Repeat repeat repeat. Sincere thanks for all you do 🙏🏼✨

The book is so awesome. This is what I have been looking for. It is simple, clear... I am better. I read just about a quarter of it.

I’m excited to get your book and can’t wait to read it. 😊 Sorry, this is long! I have a hearing loss since I was little. I’m the youngest of 13 children. At the age of 42, I received hearing aids. My husband could tell and so could I that my hearing wasn’t the best. Even when I was in Jr high my mom took me to a specialist just to make sure there was no blockage, tumor, or whatever. There was nothing wrong, but the Dr said that sometime when I’m older I would end up having hearing aides. I really didn’t think much about it until I was older. I’ve been through a brain training program and was told that my hearing can not be brought back, (had many other symptoms as well) but the way I react or how I feel when I don’t hear is what I need to work on. I have a reverse slope hearing loss which is rare. Most people don’t lose their soft sounds. So, when I’m in a crowd, if you’re a soft spoken person, or just sitting at the table with family it’s hard for me to hear whenever everyone is talking. Sometimes, I get frustrated because I didn’t hear correctly, and sometimes I become silent, or people will shout when talking to me. I still go out and around people and will have to ask my husband at what did he or she say? He has been a saint and always repeats what’s been said. So, how do I go about telling my brain I’m safe and I be okay? I do talk to my brain a lot and listen to your videos daily. This is one symptom that I still struggle with. Any suggestions?

Thanks for this post! A great encouragement!

I dropped 120 pain pills a month after a fibromyalgia diagnosis. And five additional drugs. Two of the things that helped tremendously was eliminating processed foods/processed sugar. Secondly, coffee enamas played a significant role in dealing with pain. In the last faze of recovery is training my brain to discard false alarms from fatigue. Recovery is possible, stop listening to your Medical Dr!

I’ve been battling symptoms for almost 2 years I’m ready for this to be over . I’ve been to doctors back and forth since 2023

hmm i think accepting that the symptoms are here when they are instead of wanting to get rid of it can also be very powerful. so in a way you raise your tolerance with acceptance, but i get what youre saying ; we dont need to accept the symptoms as something thats permanent

Hello, Dan. You helped me a lot understanding what was going on with me regarding physical pain in the past and I got over it. However, I've been suffering from high anxiety for a while due to stressful circumstances. I notice that all your recommendations and videos can also be applied to anxiety and panic attacks without physical symptoms, is that right? Thank you!

Hi
About halfway thru the book.
So much good info, especially like the safety strategies and how you've separated the each category....the mental, physical, emotional, etc ways we can send ourself safety signals. Im underlining and highlighting so much ! 😅

Anyone have the Sarno symptom imperative at work this week? My back is pain free and loose as a goose, but my anxiety has me jumping.

Everything you say makes sense, and your book is great. One thing I'm stuck on is dental pain. I had 2 fillings replaced a few months ago and I still have pain and sensitivity, sometimes when eating, sometimes when I'm not. I completely believe in your concept, but I just can't tell if it's my own anxiety causing it to carry on or if the fillings are faulty and causing nerve problems. Obviously there has been trauma with them being filled etc, but the dentist says they're fine although she is happy to re-fill them. I don't want to go to through it all again if it's actually my brain. Any answers much appreciated. Thank you if you can help!!!!

I had posted this question for Dan on another video but I know he's very busy with everything and I was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts.

Dan I had a question which is causing doubt that its all tms.
I noticed my father has a lot of the same symptoms although much more mild and not as debilitating as myself. But some of my worst symptoms are just the rigidity of my body and a lot of the other things that cause my spine to be immobile and I noticed the way my father moves or if he drops something the way he struggles to pick it up is exactly the same things i dela with(but more severe and at a younger age)
I feel like it's much more likely that I'm suffering from a genetic issue passed down from him or that there's some environmental issues such as the mold in the house that's causing us both to have these issues.
I can't imagine that TMS would affect us nearly exactly the same way...
What are your thoughts?

Hi . I’m struggling with bad anxiety . My legs are sore so I can’t get out much. My meds aren’t working . Doctors don’t care ., I don’t sleep good . I feel my life is over . I can’t go because I have my dog to look after . I’m stuck 😅.
