I was at Buffalo Bills grave and museum yesterday! I must be in the truman show.

My great-great-grandfather Joseph Bruce (descendent of Robert the Bruce) was known as “Arizona Joe” and participated in Buffalo Bill Cody’s shows! He was especially known for his trained dog show.

Unbelievably, Diana Vreeland, the later fashion icon and editor of Vogue Magazine in the 1960s, met Cody when her mother sent her and her sister to Wyoming to escape an epidemic in Europe. They went with a French maid to this wild town in the 1900s! It made a huge impression on her, and she fell in love with the West, staging later fashion shoots all over the old west towns in America, the first to showcase the fantastic allure of the Southwest to the whole world (Vogue was a huge influence then).
She thought he had tremendous style!!

Lots of good information. I wish that they had just stayed with actually footage and photos. Also, inaccurate on who was the one who killed Sitting Bull. Also not sure why Sitting Bull's unfortunate demise has anything to do with Cody's financial troubles.
