This scene has literally given me nightmares. Its given me more nightmares than Child's Play. And after seeing this for the first time on the Sci-Fi Channel WAY BACK in 1996, I never saw stuffed animals in the same way again...

It's actually not a nightmare, he was being attacked by the other psychic kids, that's why they got scared of the blood and left.
