Tip for those that want to benefit from Strawberries: You can plant them the day after the festival and you should be fine for 2 harvests. You have a couple options, you can either sell the first harvest of Strawberries for your own leisure and save the 2nd harvest. Or save both harvests. The reason you'll want to save a harvest of Strawberries is for the fact you can use the Seed Maker later to create 1-3 Strawberry seeds per Strawberry. In my playthrough, I usually sell the 1st harvest of Strawberries and keep the 2nd. Then when Winter Year 1 rolls around, I make sure I put all those Strawberries into Seed Makers and plant them first thing on Spring Year 2.
