The roulette (1:14) is my favorite way to turn and face a defender. You do need to have a little bit of space to do it, though, because the ball will be exposed as you execute and finish the turn. This move works best if your defender is chasing you from a few steps behind. Once you've turned, they'll try to stop, and you can use the momentum against them. Great time for a nutmeg.
