5: return minigames: digital travels, coin rush, city games
4: reputation system could be returned affecting who wants to join
3: make operators have a daily life(sometimes causing trouble)
2: goes with #3 able to help them if in trouble
1: also goes with #3 able to change into them if in range to help them or yourself
