Furret is mostly going to be a Follow Me user in doubles or try to get some gimmick shenanigans in Singles.

I gave mine bright powder with double team, power up punch, follow me and sucker punch XD it was gimmicky but fun at the same time

Honestly, Furret is an absolute legend in doubles! I run:
Choice Scarf, Frisk and Jolly
EVs 252 Def / 204 SpD / 52 Spe
1)Trick
2) Super Fang
3) Follow Me
4) Helping Hand
That Frisk-Trick combo is awesome by itself, completely stops any kind of set up. And if there's no item I fancy I just lock into Super-Fast Super Fang against the bulkiest opponent until I get knocked out, and Furret can be surprisingly bulky especially considering he's PU! Jolly and 52 Spe lets me out speed max speed Greninja, so I can Trick and lock it into Mat Block.
I used it in a team which got me to 1700 doubles rating; honestly it's incredibly underrated. Did I mention trick room teams? :p This shuts them down, again with choice scarf onto the one using Trick Room and then Super Fang for dayz. The only thing it doesn't like is Ghost Types or none-setup Sweepers. Generally though, it is just a crazy, massively underrated, Pokemon. 
I like to think of it as my version of Se Jun Park's Pachirisu; insanely cute, but at the same time very dangerous :)

2. It's not a ground OR normal type. It's a walcc-normal hybrid
3. No. What Furret does best is WALCCING! I swear to god it actually confronted Arceus once.

C- Power of the memes
D- WTF BOOM
5. It's ability is Power-walk

I don't play competetivly, but in my current playthrough of Pokemon Crystal I have Furret with Rest, Sleep Talk, Snore and Fury Swipse and she work pretty good. Again, it's just in "story mode" so i don't know if that would work that well in competetive scene.

when u get to herracross, please cover choice scarf moxie. It is a set I invented. Jolly nature, max speed and attack. Close combat, mega horn, night slash, and rock blast/stoneedge/rock slide. I like rock blast beacause the damage really adds up after a moxie or two

When I get one I will use a Furret with Super Fang, Brick Break, Belly Drum, Baton Pass, and Keen Eye as an ability. It's Nature would be Adamant/Impish. Then it would be holding a Focus Sash with perfect IVS in HP, Attack, and Defense. It would also have maximum possible IVS in HP Attack and Defense. It would be a pretty decent secondary offense.

I tried out a Furret set with U-Turn, Retaliate, Super Fang and Knock off with an Assault Vest. A little weird, but kinda fun.

I actually think U-Turn Frisk and Trick is a nice combo to scout items and fuck up others strategies. adding knock off and super fang makes it even more interesting
