How to Walk Your Digital Patterns in Illustrator

In this video I will quickly walk you through how to walk your patterns once they are digitized within Illustrator. If you need more in-depth help, let me know! I’d be more than happy to do another video going into detail.

Please note, you will need to already know how to work with Illustrator for this video. You will also either need your own pattern digitized, but ideally, you’ll want the Jersey Knit Block dress that I previously digitized in another tutorial.

Thank you for showing the rotate tool! My suggestion is to add sewing lines when you are rotating. Will be more accurate.

This is great - I've been reinventing the wheel and never realized there was so much great info. available on your videos. Glad to have found them! Don't worry about the length of the videos - I would much rather learn more than sit here wondering how to solve it on my own. BTW, what version of Illustrator are you using? I have a version that runs on XP so it can't do everything your version can but I can figure it out.
