-No background music
-No special effects
-No physics defying acrobatics or tricks
-No emotionally inflammatory social media drama

Just discussion and demonstration of training, and related concepts presented in an intelligent calm manner.

And man, am I here for it.

Especially the presentation and discussion of the lateral pullovers. Simply through trial and error, and paying close attention to my body, I have been using a very similar movement as a sort of warmup (while still applying progressive overload very slowly). Seeing it done this way and now having a good name for it is very helpful and reassuring.

I am very thankful for having discovered this channel.
I am not completly certain now, but I think it may have been through viewing some of AtlasPowerShrugged's content that I discovered Range of Strength, Idk though.

Anyway....
I am very impressed, and I look forward to looking through the content you already have posted and I am looking forward to seeing what you have instore.

Oooo, a question just popped up that I’ve always wanted to ask you. Whats your framework around elevated vs packed shoulder in overhead work?

I’ve heard contradictory, or at least overly simplistic guidelines from handstand, barbell, and kettlebell camps.

Some say you pack to avoid impingement. Others say elevate. Others say slight elevation with serratus scoop.

This is my absolute favorite exercise with a heavy kettlebell. A fantastic full body grindey movement. What you're doing here with the bar is artwork. Awesome.
