There is no justification in the world for shooting a man running away in the back even if he's black

How did he die?!?!?!?!?! Was the suspect actually shot or just that's in the video is that the SUSPECT got tased." NOT SHOT" It is VERY VERY VERY rare that someone dies from a taser but it does happen, NOT the officer's fault, and it is within the officers right to stop a fleeing suspect. To run from an officer while he is on a traffic stop performing an investigation is a crime. If the suspect was shot, why was that not a part of the video. You CANNOT show only a clip of the video that does NOT contain the details of the title. Most departments will tell someone to leave the department because they do not want the negative publicity when things like this happen. If the suspect was actually shot, that HAS TO BE a part of the video and yes. it would have been wrong for the officer to do so. Put all the info in the video and label them accordingly.

Ok, there are several reasons why cops press the back of cars, it is not always for fingerprints. It is used as a form of checking that the trunk is not open, this is to prevent somebody in the trunk from sneaking behind them during a stop whilst they chat to the driver. It can sometimes be used to leave prints but this is not as common as most believe. The last reason they can do this is to distract the driver, they do it in a form of hard press or smack or tap with a ring etc, they then use the mirror and visual of the driver to see their reaction to it before approaching the window, every second matters and if they can approach in the seconds the driver is not looking directly at the side mirror or to them, it is best.

This crap about, it is always to leave prints simply isn't true and actually, checking the trunk is the most common reason from cops I speak with.

Your know what would stop this from happening???? Don’t brake the law and don’t run!!!

The cop didn’t “tap” the brake light as Pelley said. They always touch the back of the car on a stop to protect against doctored videos.
