She shouldn't have to, Congress has a long-standing tradition of passing the budget of the OVP, the second highest office in the land. These congres broke that tradition and showed utter disrespect to the office of the OVP.

Congress deserved it. When Sara Duterte was still in good terms with the president, passing of the proposed budget was not even painful and was just smooth sailing. They approved it right away. Now, the OVP is no longer in good terms with the president they seemed to be making it painful for the VP. Everyone has the point, but least to say, they deserved it. You can't blame the VP to over think. That's how our politics goes. Nothing changed. It is people's money, yes, but let's face it, in politics "Lahat marumi. Walang malinis sa Politika”. Everyone is corrupt. Do not expect good governance and good public service to our Politicians. This is Philippines. How we wish. Walang pagbabago. While politicians enjoy, people are actually the ones suffering. Everyone should be accountable.
