Congratulations what a lovely moment! We found out our baby didn’t have a heartbeat at the 12 week scan in December and we didn’t know how we would cope. Fast forward 2 months and I’m miraculously 6 weeks pregnant ❤️ we believe this baby was handpicked by their sibling in heaven xx
