Viewing a rocket launch at Kennedy Space Center on Merritt Island, Florida

I got to go witness my first rocket launch live! This has been on my wish list for forever and I FINALLY got to do it. Being a little spontaneous I called in and it was well worth it. Not only is there a lot of exciting, and interesting things to see but this is where history has been made for many years. I LOVE anything science related and there is a lot of cool space stuff to see for the space fanatic. Too bad Elon Musk wasn't onsite because I would have loved to pick his brain and interview him.
