Samsung has DRAM module built directly above the camera censor for real 960fps slowmo from S9 and above
Other phones use frame interpolation (optical flow) for achieving the frame count but its not real slowmo thats why it looks unnatural.

Huawei does not shoot in real 960 fps. It shoots at 480 fps and then uses frame interpolation/doubling to appear like it was shot in 960 fps. This however, as evident from this comparison, sometimes creates a bit unnatural motion because of the missing in-between frames. Samsung S10 captures all 960 frames and doesn't interpolate so it comes out as the winner in this scenario.
