For those dont understand somehow: he is underlevel to have the swords cuz he need to be 1500 for 1 of them and 2000 for the other, but to use both at the same time he needs lvl 2200+

The explanation is he was caught hacking and after they reset all his progress and levels but his inventory is the same but he had to grind his level back

if a hacker is detected by the system the system will put him in 1st sea and lower his lvl to lv 1 but he keeps his things like dark frag or levi heart and cdk or soul guitar

This can happen when someone is caught hacking or exploiting, but if it is their first time, their level just gets reset but they keep their items and fruits. I hoped this helped😊

When Blox fruits detects exploits on a player they sometimes set their lvl 1 but not their stuff and what they could get from their previous lvl and get to keep their v4.

context: a long time ago zioles or one of the admins of the game were giving away the cdk to sea 1 players to get them started in the game just as a joke and a lot of people were spamming and shouting to have it too, so there are 2 here, or it's bait, or he are one of the lucky to have her

Those who don't *understand* : basically if you hack and got reported your banned or your level drop to zero or you just *ADM* But you can keep your accessories weapon even fruit
