For my 26th video of the Sobriety Toolbox Series, I'm going to tell you why you should create a a sobriety toolbox. Having a sobriety toolbox is one of the most important things I've done for myself in terms of staying sober over the past three years.

Everyone's sobriety toolbox will be different, because it should be made up what works best for you and your life. But in this video, I'm going to help you figure out what a good sobriety toolbox looks like and how you can incorporate one into your sober lifestyle.

Whether you identify as someone in recovery from drugs and alcohol or you're more of the sober curious type, a sobriety toolbox can be of great benefit. To celebrate the 26th episode of this series, I'm offering a FREE Sobriety Toolbox PDF based on all of the episodes I've created up until this point.

I hope you'll consider downloading the PDF and sharing it with someone you think might find it useful for their sobriety or recovery!

My name is Allie K. Campbell and this is my YouTube channel (formally known as Young, Dumb, and Sober), which is dedicated to getting real, having fun, and living sober.

I’m based in Jersey City, NJ and have a passion for encouraging young people and those in the LGBTQ+ community to be curious and hopeful about a life free from drugs and alcohol.

In my 3+ years of recovery, I’ve learned that sobriety is far from boring and that the power of connection goes deeper than I ever could have imagined. Through this channel, I hope to connect with as many other sober and sober-curious people as possible. In my heart, I know a strong supportive network is key to both our individual and collective success in sobriety.

My videos include weekly tips for sobriety which are a part of my Sobriety Toolbox Series, videos about topics such as early sobriety and relationships in sobriety, interviews with people navigating the sober world, non-alcoholic drink reviews, and much more!

I hope you’ll come along for the ride!

I'm 22 and about 14 months sober. I have had to completely change my lifestyle and my habits as well as find new friends. I recently discovered your channel and I find it very helpful for myself being that I am a young person and sobriety. I feel being young and sober comes with a separate set of challenges, most of the people I was in rehab with were at the very least a decade older than me and don't get me wrong, many of them are very good friends now. However finding others with my demeanor has been challenging

The first time I heard about a “tool box” was in one of my first AA meetings and I thought it was an actual box. Lol
