great podcast idea from a commercial lense: how can an engineer on $140k-$180k over a 5 year period with modest spending and no leases on cars and a PPR can get into Commercial! the Surgeon case I suppose is the 3 standard deviations case.. but would be nice to understand a solution for a exiting the rat race :)
