What a REAL 5G experience is actually like!

We've heard the term 5G being tossed around a lot, and we even see some US carriers claiming that they have 5GE, which is NOT what the 5G experience is like. We decided to go to Chicago, try out Verizon's REAL 5G, and test the new Samsung Galaxy S10 5G.

The experience blew us away. It's clear that 5G is already awesome and worth it, so long as you do have the right tools. This video will tell you more about that.

Improve the coverage, not the spotty speeds

5g latency reduction is even more important than bandwidth to me. That's what will speed up your browsing and app interactions, not bandwidth.

Sprint's version of 5g makes more sense to me than verizon's version .. Take a look at CNET's video on sprint 5g testing .. You need to be very close to the 5g tower for verizon to get those speeds of 900 and 1gbps .. Where as Sprint's version aims for consistent speeds a wide stretch across the city . So speeds are in the range of 300 mbps and can go max of 700 mbps which is good when you have a consistent connection all over city rather than staying near 5g tower like verizon

@jamie rivera please tell us if the verizion is using the high end of 5g signal or the low end? And how bad is the delay from jumping from 4g LTE to 5G

So it has the same latency as 4G ( i have 15ms and 130mbps on 4.5G as my phone shows ), 20 ms ping is unacceptable, just the phone-to-celltower is 1 ms? The 16MB/s is more than enough for day to day use on a phone.
