Curzon - The Indian Universities act was announced in the year 1904 by lord curzon in an attempt to upgrade and take tje Indian education system to another level

2.Annie Besant - she opened the Central Hindu College at Benaras in 1898 with Dr. Arthur Richardson as it's principal.

3. Dalhousie - On January 12, 1848 he has named Governor -General of India and Governor of Bengal. He also started many Anglo -Vernaculor schools in India.He also brought about social reforms such as banning the practice of female infanticide.

4- Macaulay - he suggested that the education of English language and literature should be made complusory for the Indian. In 1885 Macaulay presented his 'Minute on Indian Education '
