I would imagine one potential issue with "vaping is safer than tobacco" too is that people might get the impression that vaping is safer, and thus do it more frequently. I am still smoking conventional cigarettes (with plans to quit soon!) but I try to be sure to limit how many I go through, and only smoke when I get a craving, but not from habit. Seems to happen with a lot of food too; people get the idea that if a food is healthier they don't moderate, whereas it's easier to think of moderating something consider un- or less healthy.

About the hypothetical testicle doner question. Let's assume the conception of a child happens months or years after the transplant. Does that affect the outcome? Will John's body replenish Tom's sperm cells, or will John's body create new sperm cells, eventually replacing Tom's altogether?

Another embarrassing question: what is the threshold for going to the ER for dysmenorrhea? What can be done if you do go? I feel as if painful periods are brushed off as a normal part of life but then some women get genuinely tortured by the pain and therefore never realize that it should be treated as a concern.
