Were SOMA to establish an outpost here in NYC, they would find it impossible to expel me. I am profoundly fascinated by their ingenious craftsmanship and their singularly experimental musical inventions. In every conceivable aspect, they epitomize unparalleled innovation.

This is so cool, and I love all the harsh sounds I've discovered in this tiny synth. I haven't been able to stop experimenting with mine for the past week!

Awaiting mine from Thomann; can't wait to explore this sonic hooliganism.😀👍👍

I love this music machine company. I’ve got so much sympathy for them, having been forced to work with their heads down, as they get demonized for being simply culturally and geographically located in a war zone. If they wish to survive, they have to move forward and walk on egg shells to avoid upsetting the rest of the world, for something that is not their fault or responsibility. No one should ever have to choose between their passion and the demands of couch-activists.

It goes to beautiful digital noise dimensions.

Is this sound engine related to the Lyra 8’s? Just curious. At times it sounds like there is some tonal similarities.

Always liked SOMA instruments and had a few of them. But until now, after over two years, there is still no statement from the side of the company regarding the Russian war against Ukraine. (at least to my knowledge) Since then I sold all my SOMA instruments and I am not going to buy any of them until there is a statement regarding the war and especially until I can be sure, that the taxes for the purchased instruments are not going to support the Russian state for its terror machinery. I assume that SOMA is still producing or at least developing their products in Russia? I think even smaller Russian companies who have an international audience and fanbase should comment on their stance towards a political situation like this and should take some responsibility. Especially as I do not believe that many of your international customers want to support the Russian state with tax money.
