Everyone please stop drinking energy drinks, they can be really bad for you and they get addictive! I have a lot of friends and family members who are unhealthfully attached to energy drinks and I just want to help others people with this! I love y'all beautiful people and I just want to do what can❤️❤️

Every kcal makes a difference! I've found that protein bars SUCK because I dont get more energy, and it just feels like a waste of a meal. Especially if they don't taste any good

This is where my life is at. I was about to comment on how energy drinks are bad for wieght loss to a guy who has lost a ton of it. Sometimes i just should stop and think before commenting. Keep going bud! Im sure you are inspiring a bunch of people out here!

Protein bar and frozen dinner are not even in the same aisle let alone food choices. That's not a swap that's an interesting observation: frozen dinner has less calories than literally candy. But no one, ever, has swapped the convenience of instant calories with dinner...

I have been watching your videos for a while, and I just have to say: Thank you so much for your videos, they help me so much and have such an impact on me. I keep being motivated by you, the journey ryan is on and the comments of other viewers. Even though I am not trying to lose a lot of weight, I just try to stay fit, build muscle and lose a bit of unnecessary fat and this helps a ton.

The more you can eat with the least amount of calories like non calorie dense stuff that fills you up the closer you are to your goal since you can afford to even fit in your favourite snack if ur calories are low enough which is rlly good because it motivates you keeps you going and u can switch the snack which makes for a mor interesting diet

I have to ask is the protein bar the fitcrunch ones? I literally always stick to quest protein bars cause they usually have less calories than other brands or more of what im looking for. Protein & Fiber

Instead of chemical energy drink (what is not healthy) make your coffee at home! healthy, with small amount of sugar and kcal and if you want milk just add it! The Starbucks coffee is with a lot of sugar and sweets with sugar syroup and all.

Just gonna put this here because i can



Energy drinks are not worth it. I used to be addicted to them and would often buy them on a daily basis during school hours because of my horrid sleep schedule. After some time i started thinking about how detrimental that stuff was to me because i started noticing that if i didnt have an energy drink one day my overall mood and performance in class would dive bomb into the ground.

Ive been off them for about 2 years now and have completly sworn off them.
I reccomend for those of you who tell yourselves that you cant live without caffine to just drink coffee in the morning.
It poses much less of a risk with around the same amount of caffine so you arent losing anything and also coffee has a very low calorie count regardless of if you put cream or sugar in it so overall its much more benifical compared to energy drinks. Or better yet just dont live off of caffine and have a healthier life style that doesnt require you to take whats techically a drug to stay awake for the day.

One last thing, coffee bought from places like starbucks are going to be filled to the brim with things other than creme and sugar which is why those bottled ones have over 200 calories.
