I liked your explanation but let me give you constructive criticism:
try to improve the use of the whiteboard !
I can give you a wonderful tip on that because I've been in front of either white and black boards for more de 25 year.
Before you place the tip of your marker (or a piece of chuck) on the board you have to have in your mind how you will use it ! Having an strategy of "font size" and spacements, location x|y, comments or references, etc
will give you better results.
Of course some times you'll need to erase partially or totally but you'll know how to do this task efficiently.
