1:30 is clearly a computer created image. "Unprecedent resolution" video?

Title is incorrect description of video

I can not understand message of this video.
There are two types synapse.
Inhibitory neurotransmitter makes inhibitory synapse.
and excitatory neurotransmitter makes excitatory synapse.
and GABA plays an important role in balancing these amount of 2 types synapses.
Is that right?

Back when my son was born, I thought to myself that theoretically, if I let him experience EVERYTHING with all his senses, then many more synapses would connect when he was a baby. I thought that was a good prerequisite for his little brain... 😅 ... today he is almost 11 years old and he is above average intelligent. Maybe it has, among other things, to do with the laying of the foundation stone of many branched synapses... 🤔🤓🧐

Gaba can be both inhibitory and excitatory, depending on whether you're talking about a and c receptors or b, respectively...why? Why is this so complicated? Just when I think I've learned something, there's always some new information that just renders my already modest knowledge just...a pile of fragmented words in my head...I spend two hours listening to a lecture about resveratrol, I click on a related video, the guy (David Sinclair) says in the first minute, I'll paraphrase ''No no, resveratrol don't do shit without sirtuin''....then I learn about adenosine int he context of sleep and wakefulness and I have my coffee in the morning, thinking I know what I'm doing...then I learn about ATP....same goes for...well, whatever...you think serotonin from a banana makes you happy? Yeah, well, it also accelerates your peristalsis...and nobody's happy when they have diarrhoea...I could go on, but I guess what I'm tryinna is I need the deep end, keep imagining meetings wished awaaay enti...sry...I guess the punchline is - fuck it, I'll just settle for knowing there is such a thing as neuroplasticity, I can fathom synaptic potentiation (especially cooperative) and depression..I mean synaptic...I don't need to know the details...this whole casual neuroscience thing is a waste of time...now I'm supposed to google glutamate? And then find out that I need omega 3...then go buy omega3, get diarrhoea again, as if the banana wasn't enough, then google omega 3, find out that in Norway they make those supplements full of...whatever, quiksilver, idfk anymore...serisouly, that's it...I mean, how can you talk about gaba and not mention alcohol's effects on it? I'm done...I'm jsut gonna have a glass of wine every now and then, eat berries and nuts and take my ginkgo biloba...and the occasional benzo:D As regards the details, thanx, but no thanx. I'm gonna throw my gaba supplement in the trash now, cause where the hell am I gonna find lactobacillus hilgardi to break my bbb? Nowhere..no probiotic supplement has it...I give up. I know this is a stupid comment, but it might inspire someone to write something smart and tell me why I'm wrong, so I'll jsut leave it..
