In this video, I'll take you through exercises and stretches tailored specifically for breastfeeding moms. You can repeat each of these moves 3 times and do reps of 10-15 for each move.

With these stretches and exercises you can relieve neck, back and shoulder pain while building strength and mobility. Breastfeeding also takes a toll on your posture so you counteracting the constant slouching and slumping from nursing your baby is imperative.

2 inch from anus there is a small round pimple. When i touch it, i can feel the bottom of the pimple. It's like exactly aacne but i never felt any pain What will be 😢 Tell me mam
