Thoughts on Palace Station? Would you stay?

I'm really impressed by how well they've maintained Palace Station. It used to be one of my top breakfast spots when I lived there a couple decades ago. Fun times

Oyster bar is always a must while visiting Palace station! The best pan roast! Yum! Thanks for featuring it! ❤

Love HeatWave Mind Blowing Decisions. Takes me back to the 70’s. Cheers.

I'm from California and visit Las Vegas about 4 or 5 times per year. Palace Station is always my go to spot to play Blackjack. Catch me at the $25 dollar table by the steakhouse line.

My husband and I stayed at Palace Station about 10 years ago, their breakfast buffet was amazing and there used to be a shuttle back and forth to the strip, it dropped you off at the side of Fashion Show Mall. The only downfall was it stopped running at 11pm. Glad to see that they are still going strong, we've often wondered. Thanks for the video, we'll be checking it out when we go back to Vegas in the Ruby!!

This was EXCELLENT. Thorough, upbeat and fast paced. Terrific review. Never stayed/played at this hotel but GVR and Red Rocks were also first rate. This one, being closer to the strip, is now on the list - thanks to your review.

I would always pop into Palace Station when in Vegas. Loved the vibes and found the staff very friendly. But as you pointed out not within walking distance of the strip so a car (rental) or Uber would be needed. Enjoyed your video, keep them coming.

Hey Ruby, My wife and I visited Palace Station in 2016 (long before the pandemic), and I have a couple of things to add: (1) The staff at the craps table (my favorite game) was very courteous, way more so than most, and (2) They had a superb brunch buffet (I think that went away in light of the pandemic). But I loved Palace Station. Even won $600 at that craps table one of the times we were there.

Loved watching this, I lived on Wyandotte St behind it when it was Bingo palace. Part of my history. Thanks for going there Ruby !!!! ❤️

They dumped the train station theme a few years back, but the ends and center of the tops of the tower still have that train station look. Reminds me of how it took years for the Linq/Quad to get rid of the remnants of Imperial Palaces' rooflines.

Do you guys ever do blooper reels? I think they would be great sometimes.

They used to have a good reasonably priced Buffet before COVID.

Thanks Ruby. When in Vegas I stay at my cousin's house, but we visit the Coast hotel/casinos, as they are not nearly as spectacular as the strip resorts, but seem more welcoming and less frenetic. And seemingly your gambling dollars go a bit further in the machines.

One of my cousins got married at the Palace Station probably 20+ years ago. My aunt introduced me to the Oyster Bar. Now our routine each and every time we go to Vegas. We leave Los Angeles at 8 am and drive straight to the Pull into the Palace Station for the Oyster Bar. Soooo super delish!! We have waited anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours but it is worth it for sure. You can tag team while one person stands in line the other can be getting drinks or doing a little bit of gambling. One thing that we have found out from chatting with people in line is that is where the Las Vegas locals prefer to have Oyster Bar food. Lots of locals there. If the locals are going there, I want to go there!! Thanks for the great review!!

Thank you Ruby! Another informative and thorough review. I'm so glad you enjoyed Palace Station! It's been around a long time. I'm happy to see them maintaining and refreshing the property. The selection looks fantastic! Thanks again Ruby!
