What I find so bizarre is Erika putting so much focus on Tom’s supposed brain injury 3.5 yrs ago & subsequent mental decline, despite evidence to the contrary & as if that somehow justifies his actions. Did they think everyone would overlook decades of lawsuits against him alleging malpractice & fraud? It seems he’s been misappropriating funds from clients for much longer than 3.5 yrs [allegedly]! If Erica was unaware of financial issues even Bethenny Frankel knew about for some time it’s bc she didn’t want to know. Period!

Okay I really feel that possibly Tom does have dementia, and in all those years of stealing some one in that firm was in kahoots with Erika and Tom. So that they agreed that she would keep baby sitting this man with dementia keeping up appearances dropping him at work( she said she would go with him on his way to work every morning) . While they keep taking money and then they play stupid and only let him take the fall. Yes tom is guilty but I feel as if there is a ring of foul players not just him.

#1 Strangely, Erika claims she is sad for Tom’s health issues, etc. but refuses to check on him or take a phone call. Totally abandoned him. Yes, he possibly kept her in the dark about money…but she had to know there were financial issues. She was pointing out 2 years ago all the cracked tile in the pool that needed to be fixed. He ignored her. Everything was outdated. There was no money. I’m sure all the people he owed $ to were sickened by the show and her ridiculous spending. For the most part it was very trashy.

Erikas a very smart, calculated and self obsessed person... lawsuits were public and in press for years, she was supenoed may 2020 september 2020 lied and said she was out of town when she wasnt, signatures but she had no clue, she was blind sighted by the whole thing. Just like when she said she was kept away from the books of her own company but was previously investigated by the IRS and dealt with it herself and also used the "loans" as tax reductions... poor victim and she only has 1 make up artist, 1 assistant, 10 grand a month home, range rover and over half million to spend on legal fees trying to put gag orders on investigation TWICE (because shes so truthful), blocking investigation into her finances (because she has nothing to hide) fighting to have poeple investigating her fired THREE times and threatening them (because they were being mean) while attacking and threatening anyone who asks basic questions while fighting to keep STOLEN money even trying to jump in line and get more before victims while a guy who had 90% of his body burnt, widows and orpahns watch as she posts thrist traps on Instagram... but I'm glad the cast "support" her.
