Braised fish head and tofu clay pot recipe

A simple recipe with only two ingredients. This is a very delicious fish head tofu dish.

1. Wash fish head. Remove gills.
2. Add 1 tbsp ginger, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce for seafood, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp corn starch, and mix well
3. Place tofu in hot oil and cook until both sides turn golden brown.
4. Add more ginger and some napa cabbage (optional)
5. Fry ginger and garlic until fragrant
6. Add cabbage, and tofu first, and put the fish head on top. Pour in the remaining marinade sauce
7. Cover, simmer over medium-low heat for 5 mins. Sprinkle green onion when done.
