IN THE OVEN 140 °C (284 °F)/35 minutes

for the cream:
cheese cream - 250 g (8.8 oz)
cream - 90 ml (3.04 fl oz)
powdered sugar - 50 g (1.76 oz)
vanilla essence - 2 g (0.07 oz)

for the filling:
raspberry - 350 g (1.76 oz)
sugar - 50 g (1.76 oz)
starch - 15 g (½ oz)
water - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
black currant - 150 g (1.76 oz)
Tray size 30 x 35 cm (12 x 14 in)
