Awww I love your closet. Random story. Your Este Lauder Blue Purfume. I am 55, been wearing that perfume for a long while (don’t worry, I am young at heart and still hip do you aren’t wearing old lady purfume.) Anyway, I switched a couple years ago to Santal… My 32 year old daughter said mom it is pretty but you don’t smell like my mom. It touched me and understood the value of a mama’s smell. Side note: my mom used to wear Youth Dew and it was Gross!!

I was having so much hair loss that I was seeing my scalp after I would wash my hair and when I would put hair combs in. I could feel the hair I wash washing was lighter/less! I actually made an appointment with my dermatologist and she asked me how old I was and she said that we lose collagen as we age - she recommended the Vital Proteins powder - I took one scoop a day (container says 2) - in my morning smoothie - never missed a day and by six months - I feel I had more/thicker hair than before! My hairdresser even noticed that she was not combing out any hair at my appointments! My next wellness appt with my dermatologist the next year - I brought her in a nice Love your videos - they are not only informative and helpful - but you bring a sense of calm and peace to me when I watch - and for that I thank you!

Less products and taking vitamins worked for me regrowing my hair. Shampoos with biotin in it are also great. I stopped using a blow dryer, I have curly hair and now I let it air dry. Big difference.

Hi Ashley. Great video. I have been learning that Monat shampoos are actually making some people lose their hair. Try Dove instead. My hair is so thick and healthy and I swear by Dove! And it’s way cheaper too. Best wishes and happy holidays.
