Great price and cooling off my son's room! His room was the hottest room in the house. It’s a little noisy but him being able to sleep through the night will be worth it. Installation took 2 people but went fairly easy.

How can install outdoor unit by only 1 man?

Same video the company should show to their technicians so that they get proper awareness how to install a indoor unit in new home. Once again this is proved that whatever the the quality certification the company is having all for paper work, not effectively implemented.
Wondering the installation guy does not follow a sequential, systematic work flow, request LG to invest quality time on this.
I have sent a complaint to LG customer care, let us see how the team is going take care

Do not buy LG aircons. I'm using LG Artcool without WiFi function less than a year. From day 1, all 4 units create noise when the fan is oscillating, regardless up-down or left-right. Technician could not do anything. Then I stop oscillation, but start to notice master room aircon started to produce tiak tiak sound, and made me cannot sleep at night. different LG technicians came but cannot resolved the issues. waste my time. Now I am sleeping in guest room. guest what, I again notice the same sound, except it is softer than my master room. Super pissed. Paid 4-5K SGD for this kind of defective products.
