You are right about taking care of your feet. Im 43, and I have foot pain from serving in the army years ago, but it helps to wear comfy shoes and to massage daily.

My husband got two pair of the bare foot shoes, sneaker type. I thought for sure he wouldn’t like them. He was always wearing hiking boots, Nike running sneakers or his black work shoes. But he absolutely loves his bare foot shoes, and wears them whenever he doesn’t have to wear something else.

I put mint in some fabric and place them in my boots for storage until winter. They smell great.

I like your shoes! Children grow very fast and often don't wear their shoes until it's done. Some kids don't mind wearing 2nd hand shoes and I had a friend who I could give my son's shoes to. Mainly school shoes. Our schools still have uniforms they have to wear. My son were very tall (he was always a head taller than his classmates) I had to buy new shoes twice a year. They develop foot problems with wearing shoes that are too small.
