In partnership with The Health Commons at The Living Room, Marcus Watson, owner of 57Fit, walks you through exercises you can do at home, with our without equipment! *Please note disclaimers below*

Each movement has a regression and progressing with an explanation of how to perform it.

Movements include:

Squat
Push up
Step up
Glute bridge
Plank
One arm row
Farmers walk or suitcase carry

Recommended 1-3 sets of each movement, but you can decide what's best for you!

You can use additional household items or smaller dumbbells/weights to challenge yourself when ready.
