From the location of the bruises, you guys did it wrong lol 😂 you’re supposed to get hit on the outer-side part of your leg. If you put your arms to the side, that’s where you wanna get hit. It’s like the funny bone of the leg. You just need to hit that sweet spot and your leg will go numb.

Me and my friends used to knee each other on that spot. Never heard of punching lol

To those asking, never accept a proper dead leg. With blunt force hard enough, it is a tear in the muscles of your thigh without breaking skin and can take 2-3 weeks to heal back up making it hard to walk for that entire time.

Had an incident on a baseball team where this guy would give them to people randomly from behind, kneeing their hamstring. This happened to me several times, boys being dumb and we'd laugh it off, it would make it go a little numb but obviously was not a proper dead leg UNTIL he hit our pitcher with it before a big game and tore it, the guy was unable to walk let alone play for the next couple weeks and this dude ran laps for the entirety of our 2 hour practices until the guy was healed up
