If i were you, i would choose a much smaller room first of all so that can avoid empty spaces inside room, then will keep steering wheel setup very close to the screen, then tv screen and eyes should be at same level of height, then coming to games if you want to feel like driving a real car try to play simulator racing games like assetto corsa competizione, gt7, iracing . Anyways as a beginner this is good . Keep going
