SEB! At the end, when they say they’re looking for another horseman and they count down, what you are supposed to see when you open your eyes it’s your reflection on the black screen. I always thought it was a very clever last trick to end the movie that way!

1:58 The struggling against the chains that she did in the tank is real. The chains were supposed to have a release mechanism but it failed and the crew mistook her actual struggling for acting.

When I first watched this movie, the style of the magic tricks looked very familiar and my suspicion was confirmed when I checked the credits and David Copperfield was listed as Magic advisor. I've watched one of his shows back in the 90s and his style is very distinctive.

I'm so glad to see somebody react to this movie!! Now You See Me (and the sequel) are some of my favorite movies. Idk I can rewatch them a million times over. The sequel do be sequeling but I still like it a lot.

Yeah this first movie is easily one of my favourites of all time. The first watch is great but the replay value is amazing - that reveal at the end was perfection😮‍💨. The look of realisation on Thaddeus’ face, the silence followed by Dylan’s whispered “on the inside”. Just elite filmmaking.
