Make a limit of 60 ships per fleet so the stacking is not always the winning factor, so it depends on composition and equipment, like the limit of divisions per general

I like how the devs had so much time to play ethiopia and are getting overrun in march, one can only chew so much Italians. Also, Ethiopia will never win in pvp, air exists and Italians have an actual army

Please buff the xp you get from convoy raiding as a balance for the nerfed subs. There is almost no naval xp gain from it.

I think USA getting a balance of power on top of the Congress mechanic would be nice. Either the president would have full power, or the congress would have full power, or it can be balanced.

I will just destroy Ethiopia quickly and grind in Spain instead. A rule to turn off DLC focus trees is really needed for multiplayer.
